What this is
A site from one person, a booking tool from another, three subscriptions doing the same job: technology tends to accumulate rather than get chosen. This is a fixed price to go through the lot and write it up — what is slow, what you pay for twice, what happens if a laptop goes missing. The write-up is yours whether or not I do any of the work.

- Accessibility and technical SEO problems that could be shutting customers out
- The tools and subscriptions you pay for, with the overlaps and the gaps named
- Where your business information actually lives, and how exposed that leaves you
- A written plan ranked by what each fix is worth, with a fixed price for the parts I would do
Common questions
Is this just a website speed test?
No. Speed is one section of it. The rest is the software you run, what it costs, what overlaps, where your data sits and what is getting in the way of the business growing. A speed score on its own rarely explains why the phone is not ringing.
What if the review finds nothing much wrong?
Then I tell you that and you have saved yourself the money you were about to spend on a rebuild you did not need.
Do I have to use you for the fixes?
No. The write-up is yours and it is specific enough for any competent developer to work from.
Does the review cost me anything if I then have the work done?
In effect, no. What you paid for the review comes off whatever you have me do next, so if you go ahead you have not paid twice. If you do not go ahead, you keep the write-up and owe me nothing further.
What if the answer is that somebody should be looking after it?
Then the write-up says so. You can have that from me as ongoing IT support, or hand the plan to whoever looks after your IT already. The review is priced and delivered on its own either way.
